We understand that plans change and you may need to cancel your equipment reservation.  

 Should the need arise to cancel your reservation, feel free to access your BabyButler account to manage it, or simply reach out to us. 

Cancellations made 48 hours or less of your scheduled rental date will not be refunded.  We reserve equipment for you and last minute cancellations do not allow us the time needed to offer your reserved equipment to another family.

Cancellations made 3-6 days prior to your scheduled rental date will be refunded 50% of your total rental cost.

Cancellations made 7+ days prior to your scheduled rental date will receive a full refund.
